The other day I had to go to the pawn shop to pick up my brother in law’s Rolex watch. He had pawned it off because he’d fallen behind in payments due to his card playing. I saw the most awesome acoustic guitar in there. It cost just about as much as my brother in law’s Rolex, so I figured I’d give that to him instead. Maybe if he started to play the guitar, he wouldn’t gamble so much. So I hatched my plan. I would say that his watch was gone, and the only thing they had that was worth the money was the acoustic guitar. He fell for it, hook, line, and sinker. Now he’s doing shows all around the country, and hasn’t played cards in ages.
