Whether you like it or not, you are, in many ways, a prisoner of your body.  At the moment, you have to literally pay the price for inhabiting a physical form that is young and statistically prone to having more than your share of automobile accidents.  That, in effect, is why young persons car insurance costs are so high.  The inflation is necessary in some cases, especially when youths exercise their love of speed combined with their illusion of immortality.  The reality is that, until you are at least twenty-five, you will pay the price for the carelessness of others, whether you deserve to or not.  As consolation, keep in mind that you are probably as good-looking and healthy as you will ever be, and you will look back with nostalgia on these years.
