Circuit training is not forgotten. It is actually a very effective way that you can train. There are many many different ways that you can set up your circuits to fit you individual needs. You can use this way of traing very effectivly to lose weight the right way. My son is working on his science project. He is testing soil, for lead contamination. Yesterday, my husband took him to get his soil samples. Once he gets the testing done I am going to help him put together his chart. Most of the online info I acquired, is already printed out. Putting the chart together should be really quick and easy. I hope my son does well with this project. he has put an awful lot of work into this. I am so happy to see him take an interest in science. Maybe we have a future environmental chemist on our hands.

I’m exhausted with all this writing work. My hands are numb from all the keyboard pecking I have done for 8 straight hours now. I need a break. I need to go to somewhere, some place, who will treat me like I’m in heaven but can still come back down to earth when the relaxing session is over. I need to contemplate over this matter, and think it through; where should i go? What should I do? All of a sudden, my brother slapped me and took me away from my delusion. “Go to a day spa, you poor old man.” he said, with a wink in his eyes.

Achieving fitness goals is a challenging task for everyone. It is hard to stay committed to working out while trying to balance work, family and friends. Now, even though he had already started another training program a few weeks ago, he was tired of it and really want to start this routine instead because it sounds better. I call these people, “program hoppers”. They are very enthusiastic when starting a new program, but never continue long enough to actually see the results after use the Force Factor Pills. They are easily distracted and love to stop what you can do to keep training more “hot” or exercise. My advice is doing not. This is a bad habit that never leads to a positive outcome. Understand that it takes time for any program of work. To succeed, you must follow your program consistently.
