My boss is a huge fan of James Schramko. Recently, he signed the whole office up for a fast web formula event and made it a requirement that we all go. None of us wanted to spend a weekend together as that is family time and we see enough of each other during the week. We finally convinced the boss to let our families attend so we could see them during the evening hours at least. He agreed to pay for the families and off we headed. It was the best weekend ever. Not only did we learn a lot, we also spent time getting to know each other while the kids had a blast in the pool. Now we are planning an office picnic for the summer.

I just bought another Avon perfume bottle for my collection. Today I had to do some photocopying for the drinking fountain side of the business. I had to photocopy about 100 sheets of paper and staple them all together so they were all tidy and organised for the person who needed them. I didn’t really take much notice of what they were but from what I saw they looked like risk assessment forms for the engineers to take with them when they fix coolers and other water machines. The photocopier in the office is very clever because it let me put in all four sheets at once and then fed them through and copied them all individually and in order.

One of the hardest times in my entire life was losing my leg to amputation; but today even harder than that is some of the looks I get from other people.
