Low Back Pain Causes are Varied and Often Times Difficult to Isolate

The spine, the nerves, and the back is so complex that when an individual is experiencing pain it is a very tough task to isolate and treat one major cause. It is often times several things going on at once that can create pain. Often times the discs in the back may be the cause of pain because they have been damaged from trauma or have become dry. Lower back problems are sometimes difficult to resolve because a specific cause can not be found.
