My mom loves to make Mexican inspired food. Last time I saw her, she made us a taco salad for dinner. After having that, my favorite recipe is my mom’s Doritos taco salad recipe. It is really tasty! She took a salad and dressed it up with salsa, beans and taco meat. She also added some cheese and little bit of dressing. Instead of croutons that would be on a normal salad, she added broken up Doritos. I loved the crunch of the Doritos with every bite of salad. It was a great idea and I will definitely be making this salad again and again.
