I love owning my pool company. Living in a state that does not have a lot of pool companies, I am seeing my work as a consistent thing and great investment. One of the things that makes my company great is the quality of my employees. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their work. I am constantly getting good reports from satisfied customers. I know that it has to do partially with the hiring process that I have applied and also because they have all taken safety courses on things like drain entrapment, spa drain entrapment, entrapment injury. Everyone takes responsibility for themselves and for their work. It is a great crew.
