February 2, 2010 7:14 pm SportsWrestling is so much fun and fantastic fitness. I have been training for 7 months and have noticed a real improvement in my health and self defence skills. I have been training at bjj canBerra for that time and really like the way the classes are structured. They have sessions ranging from thirty minutes up two three hours. They have beginner, intermediate and advanced training sessions. Usually each session has three coaches on the matt and up to fifty students. The club has over three hundred members and i believe this is due to the fantastic facilities, excellent environment and high quality coaches.
